Mark O'Leary - the Manitou man

MELBOURNE (AUS): Australian Manitou distributor Steve Cramer Products has announced an extension of its Manitou Trade-In Programme to cover any other brand of forks on the market. This trade-in programme is the only one on offer in Australia.

The company’s General Manager, Craig Shine said this offer was to retailers only and was an extension to the programme introduced a couple of years ago.

‘The only limitation is that there are only specific model forks that a retailer can purchase via the programme, they are the 2005 Six Sport, Axel Comp, Skareb Elite 80/100, Black Elite, Stance Kingpin and the Minute One.

‘Retailers can also trade-in an old rear shock unit onto a brand new Manitou Metal rear Shock.’

Craig said there were only three steps for retailers to take, firstly phoning the company’s Braeside headquarters to advise the fork model being traded-in, ordering the replacement model, packaging and sending in the old fork in.

’Once we get the trade-in fork we dispatch the new 2005 Manitou Fork.’
